The R911234783 (RAC 2.2-200-460-A00-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller engineered for synchronous spindle motors in the 30–52 kW output range. It operates on a three-phase supply of either 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz (±15%) or 3 x AC 460 V, and supports energy regeneration as well as direct current braking during power interruptions. The unit features an analogue speed setpoint interface (+/-10 V), eliminating the need for an additional encoder input. It is equipped with an internal blower for cooling, an in-built bleeder for voltage regulation, and an X4, 9-pole interface terminal. The controller is rated for 200 A current, belongs to series 2, version 2, and is classified IP10 as per EN 60 529 (DIN VDE 0470) standards. Operation is specified for elevations up to 1000 meters.
