The R911234784 (RAC 2.2-250-460-A00-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller from the Rexroth RAC 2 series, rated for 250 A with a connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V. It supports frameless spindle motors and Indramat main spindle motors, utilizing an analog (+/-10 V) speed command interface and an X4 terminal (9 poles), with no additional encoder input. The unit features a built-in internal blower for cooling, an integrated main contactor, emergency stop switch, high-resolution feedback for precise low-speed control, internal positioning control loops, and a four-quadrant operational capability. Configuration is handled via an AS programming module.
