The R911236986 (RAC 2.2-250-380-API-W1) is an advanced main spindle drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, designed for both main spindle and frameless spindle drive motors with a power output ranging between 30-52 kw. This controller can be powered by a three-phase supply network outputting 3 x 400V 50/60 Hz and has a current rating of 400A. Featuring both internal position control which is shutoff by motor or optional spindle feedback, and air-cooling facilitated from inside or outside its control cabinet, it guarantees consistent and efficient performance. The controller has a modular option that uses a dedicated control voltage bus and link circuit connection, with parameters set during commissioning. Furthermore, with an analogue speed set-point of +/- 10V, it offers compatibility with standard CNC controls. It can be installed up to 1000 meters above sea level and operates within a temperature range of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius. Offering IP 10 protection, it complies with EN60529 or DIN VDE 0470 standards. Comes with a one-year warranty from Indramat USA.
