The R911236986 (RAC 2.2-250-380-API-W1) is a Bosch Rexroth AC main spindle drive controller engineered for main and frameless spindle drive motors with a power output range of 30 to 52 kW. It operates on a three-phase 400 V, 50/60 Hz supply and supports up to 250 A rated current. The unit integrates internal position control, which can be deactivated via motor or spindle feedback, and supports additional encoder input for spindle feedback with a high-resolution INDRAMAT encoder. Cooling is achieved by an internal blower or built-in fan. The device is equipped with an analogue speed command input of ±10 V and an incremental encoder output. Modular connection options include a dedicated control voltage bus and a link circuit. It complies with protection class IP 10 according to EN60529 (DIN VDE 0470) and is suitable for installation up to 1000 m altitude, operating within a temperature range of +5 to +45°C.
