The R911237316 (RAC 2.2-150-380-A0I-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for applications requiring the spindle to function as a C-axis or servo-axis. It supports high-resolution feedback for low-speed operation and includes an incremental encoder output but no additional encoder input or bleeder. This controller can directly halt the spindle during power outages. Electrical connections include terminals for motor NTC resistor and mains contactor monitoring. The unit operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C and requires a minimum 80 mm clearance above the control cabinet for airflow. Interfaces are provided via X4 (9 poles) and X15 terminal strip, as well as specific CNC and feedback connections. It is rated for 3 x AC 400 V at 50–60 Hz and 150 A, with internal blower cooling and analogue speed command (+/-10 V). A programming module is included for configuring drive parameters.
