The R911238571 (RAC 2.2-150-380-A0S-Z1) is a series 2, version 2 AC main spindle drive controller featuring an integrated closed position control loop for precision spindle positioning via high-resolution motor feedback, with sensor capability reaching approximately 1/4000000 rotation. It operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V at 50-60Hz and supports a rated current of 150 A. Speed commands are received through an analogue (+/-10 V) input, and connectivity is provided by a 9-pole X4 serial RS 232-C interface. The unit features internal blower cooling, air slots, and heat sinks, with the possibility of external cooling if required. It complies with DIN 40 040 class F conditions (average relative humidity below 70%), supports operation from 5°C to 45°C (up to 55°C), and is suitable for installation at heights up to 1000 meters above sea level. A built-in bleeder enhances electrical safety during shutdown by discharging the filter capacitor.
