The Bosch Rexroth MPN R911238597 (RAC 2.2-200-380-A0I-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller for digital management of 2AD series main spindle motors. It delivers a continuous controller power of 55 kW with a rated current of 200 A and supports motor output in the range of 30 kW to 52 kW. The unit is designed for installation within control cabinets or sealed housings and operates on a rated connection voltage of 3 x 400 V AC at 50–60 Hz. Cooling is provided by an integrated blower. The controller supports an analogue speed command (+/- 10 V), features an incremental encoder output, and includes an interface terminal (X4, 9 poles), additional bleeder, and meets Class F humidity standards. Mains, motor power, and fan connections are located at its base. Operation is possible up to 55°C with derated performance as temperature increases.
