The R911241469 (RAC 2.2-150-380-API-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for high-resolution control in spindle applications, supporting precise positional control and stable performance at low speeds. It operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400V, 50-60Hz and a rated current of 150 A. This controller features an integrated contactor, emergency stop functionality supporting energy regeneration, an internal blower for cooling, and a heat sink. It includes an additional bleeder, high-resolution Indramat encoder input for spindle feedback, and an incremental encoder output for operation in multi-drive systems. The analog speed command input is ±10 V, and the interface terminal is X4, 9 poles.
