The R911243564 (RAC 2.2-200-380-API-W1) is a microprocessor-controlled AC main spindle drive controller designed for use with 1MB frame-less spindle motors and Indramat 2AD main spindle motors in numerically controlled industrial applications. It features both internal position and speed control loops, allowing precise servo-axis operation at low speeds. Rated for 3 x AC 400 V, 50-60 Hz input and a current of 200 A, it delivers a peak and steady-state output of 55 kW and a regeneration output of 37 kW. The device integrates high-resolution encoder feedback, supports analogue speed set points (+/-10 V), and provides an incremental encoder output. Cooling is managed via an internal blower. The programmable AS module and physical keypad allow field parameter modification.
