The Bosch Rexroth R911244177 (RAC 2.2-250-460-D0D-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for precise speed and position control of industrial motors. It operates on a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V, with a rated current of 250 A. The unit supports incremental encoder inputs, features a digital (16 bit parallel) position set-point interface, and offers speed set-point input up to 10V. It uses an internal blower for cooling and features an internal position encoder and spindle feedback for high-resolution control, achieving positioning precision up to 1/4,000,000 revolutions. The drive is compatible with Rexroth's 1MB and 2AD motor series and supports integration with the Sercos interface.
