The R911246450 (RAC 2.2-250-460-API-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller from Bosch Rexroth designed for advanced motion control in industrial environments. It supports 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V supply and operates at a rated current of 250 A. This device features a high-resolution Indramat encoder for fine rotor position monitoring, supporting operation at ultra-low speeds with up to 1/4,000,000 revolution precision. Capabilities include spindle synchronization and additional spindle feedback via an extra encoder input. It provides incremental encoder output, analogue speed command (+/-10 V), serial and optional digital interface support, and is compatible with Sercos, CNC, and PLC control systems. Cooling is managed by an internal blower.
