The R911247515 (RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for numerically controlled machines and is compatible with a range of industrial motors such as 2AD asynchronous and 1MB frameless spindle motors. It supports continuous motor power between 30 and 52 kW, with a rated current of 200 A and operates on a three-phase connection voltage of either 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V. The controller provides digital signal processing, high stiffness, central position loop operation, and rotor position detection up to 1/4000000 revolution. It features an analog speed command interface (+/-10 V), incremental encoder output, an internal blower for cooling, and conforms to protection class IP 10 according to EN 60 529. No additional bleeder or encoder input is present. The interface terminal is X4, 9 poles.
