The Indramat Main Spindle Drive Controller MPN R911250258 (RAC 2.2-200-380-APD-Z1) is designed for digital control of asynchronous and frameless spindle motors in the 30–52 kW power range. It operates on a 3-phase AC 400V supply (±10%) at 50–60 Hz, provides a rated current of 200 A, and features an internal blower for cooling. The unit includes an integrated mains contactor, emergency-stop circuit, and accepts analog speed set points (±10 V) along with a 16-bit digital position interface. It supports additional encoder input for spindle feedback and utilizes a high-resolution Indramat encoder. The device is rated IP10 under EN 60 529, weighs 121 kg (plus 3.7 kg for mounting frame and accessories), and is suitable for use at altitudes up to 1000 m and ambient temperatures from 5 °C to 45 °C (performance is reduced to 80% at up to 55 °C). Installation should be carried out by trained personnel.
