The R911252351 (RAC 4.1-300-460-L00-W1) is a digital AC main spindle drive controller designed for 1MB asynchronous frameless spindle motors, providing continuous shaft output from 52 to 93 kW. It supports spindle operation as a servo-axis within a position control loop, using a SERCOS interface for speed, position, and torque set-points. Operating at a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V, the controller delivers a rated current of 300 A, with an internal blower for cooling. No external bleeder or additional encoder input is required. The maximum servo-axis resolution is 1/4,000,000. Maximum allowable excess pressure and proper cooling airflow must be regulated, and an ambient temperature of 45°C should be maintained within the control cabinet.
