The R911254295 (RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for use with motors providing 30–52 kW output. This unit enables high control stiffness and a wide speed range, supporting resolution up to 1/4,000,000 revolutions for precise low-speed operation. It utilizes an analog speed set-point interface (+/- 10 V) and offers an incremental encoder output, but lacks an additional encoder input. The controller operates on a three-phase supply network of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, +/-15% or 3 x AC 460 V. It includes an additional bleeder and features main connectors for feedback/CNC, power, and controller-specific functions. Cooling is managed internally with a blower and heat sink. The protection class is IP10. Use above 1000 m sea level is not recommended.
