The Indramat R911255890 (RAC 2.2-200-380-API-W1/S001) is an AC main spindle drive controller from the RAC 2 series, designed for digital control of spindle motors up to 52 kW. It operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V at 50–60 Hz, provides a rated current of 200 A, and employs internal blower cooling. The unit features an additional encoder input for spindle feedback, an incremental encoder output, and supports analogue speed command (+/-10 V). The interface terminal is X4, 9-pole. It is constructed without an additional bleeder, carries an IP10 environmental rating, and is intended for operation at ambient temperatures from 5 to 45°C and altitudes below 1000 meters. All wiring must follow the machine manufacturer’s diagrams.
