The R911256092 (RAC 3.5-100-460-D00-W1-220) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for asynchronous and frameless spindle motors with a motor power range of 10–30 kW. It operates with a rated current of 100 A and a supply voltage of 3-phase 400 V (±15%) at 50 Hz or 460 V, utilizing internal blower cooling and supporting both internal and optional hose-based cooling configurations. The device features a 16-bit parallel digital speed set-point, a speed command via a 10V signal, and provides position feedback resolution up to 1/4,000,000th of a revolution. This model does not include an additional encoder input or auxiliary bleeder. Compliance with DIN 40 040 ensures climatic resistance, and output power is reduced when installed above 1000 m sea level. The controller interfaces via a 25-pole X4 terminal. Control electronics are powered at AC 230 V, 50–60 Hz.
