The Bosch Rexroth R911256101 (RAC 3.5-150-460-A0S-W1-220) is an AC main spindle drive controller from the RAC series, designed for numerically controlled machine tools. It operates at a rated current of 150 A with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V, and a control electronics connection of AC 230 V, 50-60 Hz. The controller features an internal position control loop for independent spindle positioning, an analogue speed command input of ±10 V, and offers up to 1/4,000,000th revolution resolution. It is equipped with a built-in cooling fan, a serial RS 232-C interface for parameter management, and conforms to DIN VDE 0160 standards. Rated output shaft power ranges from 10 to 30 kW. Operation is specified for temperatures up to 45°C (safe up to 55°C) and altitudes up to 1000 m. The IP 10 protection level provides basic ingress protection.
