The Bosch Rexroth main spindle drive controller, MPN R911256105 (RAC 3.5-150-460-A00-W1-220), enables digital control of asynchronous and frameless main spindle motors with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400V, 50Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460V. It features emergency stop and mains contactor circuits, a control panel with display and keypad, and multiple interface terminals, including X4 (9 poles), for integrating control voltage, motor NTC-resistor, and power connections. The device is designed for high stiffness in numerically controlled machines and supports analogue speed command input (±10 V). The internal blower operates at 220VAC, 50/60Hz. Rated at 150A, the controller maintains a continuous power output of 35kW, with continuous and peak regeneration outputs of 27kW and 40kW, respectively. Operation above 1000m altitude may reduce performance. Condensation and large foreign object resistance are provided, and installation in control cabinets requires standard safety measures. The unit weighs 49kg and does not include additional bleeder or encoder interface.
