The Bosch Rexroth R911256105 (RAC 3.5-150-460-A00-W1-220) is a main spindle drive controller equipped with an AS programming module. It is designed to digitally control asynchronous main spindle motors and frameless spindle motors. It is identifiable for its high stiffness and is an ideal selection for numerically controlled machinery. The device integrates emergency stop, mains contactor circuits, and a control panel with a display and keypad for individual parameter programming. Multiple interfaces are featured at the unit's top for control voltage, motor NTC-resistor, motor power, and direct mains. Performance decrease can be expected at altitudes above 1000m. The controller is also condensation and large foreign object resistant and is backed by a one-year warranty.
