The R911256143 (RAC 2.3-200-460-A0I-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for 2AD asynchronous and 1MB frameless spindle motors in numerically controlled machine applications. The unit supports a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15%, or 3 x AC 460 V, and delivers a continuous power output of approximately 55 kW with a peak and regenerative power of 37 kW. It handles a rated current of 200 A and features an internal blower for cooling. The device includes an incremental encoder output, an analogue (+/-10 V) speed command interface, and a 9-pole X4 interface terminal. It is constructed in accordance with IP10 (EN 60529) and is designed for operation at ambient temperatures up to +55°C. The unit weighs 121 kg and does not include an additional bleeder or encoder input.
