The R911256144 (RAC 2.3-200-460-A00-W1) is a main spindle drive controller from the RAC 2 series designed for numerically controlled machine load applications. It features an internal position control loop with a maximum resolution of 1/4000000 and supports both analogue (+/- 10 V) and digital speed set-points. Operating with either 3-phase 400 V AC at 50 Hz (+/-15%) or 3-phase 460 V AC at 60 Hz, the unit has a rated current of 200 A. It includes an integrated cooling fan, mains contactor, and emergency stop switch. The controller interfaces via terminal X4 (9 poles) and SERCOS, and must be mounted vertically with at least 125 mm clearance for the air hose. Additional encoder input and bleeder options are available separately.
