The R911256146 (RAC 2.3-200-460-DP0-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller engineered for use with 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. It provides advanced digital control, high stiffness, and a broad speed range, supporting precise regulation of servo motors at low speeds and resolution up to 1/4,000,000 motor revolutions. The unit operates at a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V and delivers a continuous output of 55 kW, with a regenerated output of 37 kW. It features a built-in cooling system with an internal blower and lacks an additional bleeder. Rated at 200 A, it supports a high-resolution INDRAMAT encoder, incorporates an additional encoder input for spindle feedback, uses a digital (16 bit parallel) speed command, and a 10V speed set-point. The controller weighs approximately 121 kg and conforms to IP 10 EN 60 529 protection class.
