The Indramat MPN R911256147 (RAC 2.3-200-460-D00-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller engineered for operation with 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. It delivers continuous motor shaft outputs between 30 and 52 kW and supports a broad speed range with high mechanical rigidity. Electrical connection categories include power, feedback, CNC, and controller interfaces. The unit accepts 3 x AC 400 V (±15%, 50 Hz) or 3 x AC 460 V (60 Hz) with a rated current of 200 A. Internal cooling is facilitated by an integrated blower. The controller features a continuous regeneration output of 37 kW and a peak regeneration output of 55 kW for 5-second intervals after power loss. Interface terminal X4 provides 25 poles, speed command input is digital (16 bit parallel), and the speed set-point is 10V. The model does not include an additional bleeder or encoder input.
