The R911256149 (RAC 2.3-200-460-A0I-Z1) is a Bosch Rexroth AC Main Spindle Drive Controller designed for frameless and asynchronous main spindle motors, supporting output power from 30kW to 52kW at the drive shaft. It operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V (50 Hz, ±15%) or 3 x AC 460 V, and delivers a rated current of 200A. Key features include an emergency stop, mains contactor, internal blower for cooling, air slits for heat dissipation, and an incremental encoder output via a 9-pole X4 interface terminal. The device is intended for installation in a sealed or control cabinet with at least 80 mm clearance above and below. Maximum operating temperature is 45°C with humidity compliance to Class F (DIN 40 040). Speed command is analog (±10 V).
