The R911256155 (RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for precise speed and position regulation of 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors, supporting high stiffness and a wide operational speed range for CNC machine applications. This unit provides high-resolution control up to 1/4,000,000th of a revolution to enable accurate low-speed motor handling. It features an AS programming module for adaptation to specific spindle motor characteristics, an integrated heat sink with internal blower for thermal management, and operates at a rated current of 250 A with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V. The controller supports continuous and peak servo motor outputs of 65 kW and 78 kW respectively, can utilize regeneration power during power interruptions, features a 9-pole X4 interface terminal, accepts analogue ±10 V speed commands, has no additional bleeder or encoder input, weighs 121 kg, and is designed for environments up to 55°C.
