The R911256158 (RAC 2.3-250-460-LP0-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for the precise digital control of 2AD asynchronous and 1MB frameless motors. It integrates a programming module to store operating parameters and firmware, allowing efficient commissioning. The controller supports programming via a control panel keyboard and interfaces with standard PLC and CNC systems. It provides additional encoder input for spindle feedback and is equipped with a high-resolution INDRAMAT encoder for accurate rotor positioning. The unit is rated for 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz (±15%) or 3 x AC 460 V operation, offers a rated current of 250 A, and utilizes an internal blower for cooling. Speed command is managed via SERCOS interface, with a 10 V analog speed set-point. The device complies with IP 10 protection standards and includes an interface terminal (X4) for optical waveguides.
