The R911256160 (RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-Z1) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for precise monitoring and control of 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. It supports a wide speed range and delivers high stiffness, suitable for numerically controlled industrial applications such as paper processing, drilling, and printing machinery. The controller operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V, and supplies a rated current of 250 A. The unit features an analogue speed command input (±10 V), utilizes internal blower cooling, and allows main power, digital signal, and internal communications via dedicated electrical connections. It is equipped with an AS programming module, delivers continuous output of 65 kW and peak output of 78 kW, includes an additional bleeder, and follows the IP10 protection class according to EN 60 529 standards. The interface terminal is X4, 9 poles, and the controller does not include an additional encoder input.
