The Bosch Rexroth Indramat drive controller R911260942 (RAC 2.2-200-460-D0S-W1) is designed for asynchronous and frameless spindle motors, offering a rated current of 200 A and an output/regeneration power of 55 kW. Operating with a 3-phase voltage supply of 400–460 V AC (50–60 Hz), the unit features an internal blower, integrated heatsink, and an air shaft for efficient cooling, with a separate cooling hose required. The controller includes a plug-in AS programming module, a 16-bit parallel digital speed interface, and an RS232C serial interface. With IP10 protection (EN 60529) and dust/impact resistance, the device is suitable for operation or storage in dry and dust-resistant environments, at altitudes up to 1000 meters. The interface terminal is a 25-pole X4 connector, and the system accepts a digital speed command and a 10V speed set-point. No additional bleeder or encoder input is included in this configuration.
