The R911262806 (RAC 3.5-100-460-LP0-W1-220) is a Rexroth Indramat AC main spindle drive controller engineered for use with INDRAMAT 2AD asynchronous and 1MB frameless spindle motors. It operates on 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, +/-15% or 3 x AC 460 V input and supplies a rated current of 100 A. The device supports a motor output between 30 to 52 kW, employing an internal blower for cooling. Control electronics are rated at AC 230 V, 50-60 Hz. The controller features high-resolution encoder support for spindle feedback, an additional encoder input, interface terminal X4 with optical waveguides, a SERCOS interface for speed command, and a 10V speed set-point. No additional bleeder is included.
