The Bosch Rexroth R911262840 (RAC 2.3-200-460-APS-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller from the RAC series, supporting operation at 3 x 400 V AC, 50 Hz (±15%) or 3 x 460 V AC, 60 Hz. The device delivers a rated current of 200 A and utilizes an internal blower for cooling. Input parameters are accessible via a keypad on the control panel. Interfaces include a serial RS 232-C port and a 9-pole terminal (X4). The controller supports additional encoder input for spindle feedback, compatible with high-resolution INDRAMAT encoders. The unit can be operated in both grounded and ungrounded three-phase networks and allows speed command via an analog ±10 V input. Performance degrades slightly above 1000 m elevation. The enclosure prevents the ingress of solid objects exceeding 50 mm in diameter and can operate at up to 70% relative humidity.
