The Indramat R911264846 (RAC 3.5-150-460-D00-Z1-220) is an AC main spindle drive controller designed for integration within three-phase supply networks operating at 3xAC 380-460V, 50-60Hz. It features internal or external cooling options via an internal blower or built-in fan and supports additional hose cooling with accessories. Standard interfaces include analog speed, digital speed (16-bit parallel), and SERCOS. The unit accepts a speed set-point of 10V and connects control electronics at AC 230V, 50-60 Hz. It offers rated current of 150 A, supports additional bleeder use, and operates optimally between 5°C and 45°C up to 1000 m elevation. Protection classes are IP10 for the device, IP54 for the control cabinet interior, and IP24 for the fan. The drive halts and disconnects power upon malfunction. The interface terminal is X4, 25 poles, and the device does not include an additional encoder input.
