The Rexroth R911265549 (RAC 3.5-150-460-LP0-Z1-220) is an AC main spindle drive controller from the Indramat RAC 3 series, version 5, with a rated current of 150 A and steady state current of 92 A. This unit operates with a rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V, and a control circuit requirement of AC 230 V, 50–60 Hz. The drive controller features a front-mounted keypad for programming, a SERCOS interface for speed command and real-time CNC communication, and a high-resolution Indramat encoder input for primary or spindle feedback. An additional bleeder is included for braking during mains voltage failure. Internal cooling is provided by a built-in fan, and the unit supports vertical mounting. Optical waveguide connections are available via interface terminal X4. The controller is suitable for operation at altitudes up to 1000 meters.
