The Bosch Rexroth MPN R911270421 (RAC 2.3-200-460-LQ0-W1) is a main spindle drive controller engineered for digital control of frameless and asynchronous spindle motors. It provides speed command ramping, smoothing, power and torque limiting, automatic speed shifting, and spindle positioning. With a 300 A current rating and operable as a main spindle, master-slave, or c-axis drive, it connects directly to 3 x AC 400 V, 50 Hz ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V power. The device features an internal blower, SERCOS fiber optic interface for data processing, optical waveguide terminal (X4), a 10V speed set-point input, and IP54 protection when installed appropriately.
