The RAC 2.2-250-380-AP0-W1, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, RAC Spindle Drive Controllers module delivers high-performance spindle control in a compact, cabinet-mounted package. This AC Main Spindle Drive Controller features an integrated digital position control loop that can operate with either spindle or motor feedback. With its robust design, the unit maintains precise torque and speed regulation across the entire operating range. An ergonomic connector layout simplifies wiring and reduces installation time for machine tool builders.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the controller accepts a Rated Connection Voltage of 3 x AC 400 V, 50-60 Hz and sustains a continuous Rated Current of 250 A. The Speed Command input is provided via an Analogue (+/-10 V) interface, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration profiles. A built-in Internal Blower / Built-in fan cooling system maintains optimal thermal management even under full load. Connectivity is handled through an Interface Terminal X4 with 9 poles, and the unit supports an Additional Encoder Input for high-precision motion, compatible with the factory-supplied High-resolution INDRAMAT encoder (~). The design omits an Additional Bleeder, reducing maintenance points and increasing service intervals. Each drive is identified by its Series 2 and Version 2 markings for traceability.
