The RD 500 drive system encompasses AC drive converters, DC supply invertors, and rectifier modules, creating a comprehensive three-phase drive system, ideal for a wide range of synchronous and induction motors. One of its major applications is the R911200175 (RD51.1-4N-003-L-V1-FW), an AC drive converter model. Operating on a three-phase supply voltage from 380V to 480V, the model has a 3kW rating and functions as a voltage frequency control for pumps, fan systems, and other non-servo applications. A key feature is the 24V standby power supply which provides uninterrupted operation of control electronics.
