The Indramat Refu's RD 500 drive system is a three-phase current mechanism designed to operate with diverse synchronous and induction motors. This modular system features converters, inverters for DC connections, and regular and regenerative feedback power supply modules. Specifically, the R911200202 (RD51.1-4N-011-L-NN-FW) model, part of the RD 51 converters, operates ideally in functionality that does not require servo characteristics such as moving gears, centrifuges, and pumps. Using voltage frequency control, it adjusts its output voltage in proportion to the set value determining its output frequency. The converter operates at varying pulse modulation frequencies (4kHz, 8kHz, and 12kHz), offers a power rating of 11kW, and uses forced air as its cooling method.
