The Bosch Rexroth R911200209 (RD51.1-4N-001-L-NN-FW) Drive Control is a sophisticated device with a nominal supply voltage range of 3 x 380 - 480VAC, providing U/f curve control. Supplied as-is, without modifications, this unit controls and monitors motor operation and requires initial programming to ensure application-specific functions are performed efficiently. In case of faults, the automatic fault display overrides the normal operating display. The device features multi-level parameters and notable functions including overload protection and the capability to prevent accidental startup post-fault. With a forced-air cooling mechanism, the drive control can operate up to a maximum temperature of 50°C with derated data. Compliance to EN 55011 standards ensures top-notch radio interference immunity and the unit can function as a converter if needed. It comes with a year-long backup support and is suited for use in commercial machinery only. Maintenance should only be performed once the unit has fully cooled down to prevent electrical shocks.
