The R911200212 (RD52.1-4N-011-L-V1-FW) is a Bosch Rexroth RD52 series inverter-based drive controller designed for industrial automation applications. It operates with an input voltage range of 530 to 670 V DC and accepts ±10% input voltage fluctuation. This unit provides a nominal motor output of 11 kW, dependent on a selectable pulse frequency of 4 or 8 kHz. The controller is rated for IP20 protection and employs forced air cooling to permit sustained higher power and current output, as opposed to natural convection. It does not feature an integrated brake chopper and is classified as a converter. A 24 V standby power feature allows continued field bus operation and drive parameterization even if the main DC supply is disconnected. Installation requires a clean, dry environment from -25°C to 70°C, and exposure to aggressive or conductive gases must be avoided. Dust-laden air must be filtered to prevent internal contamination.
