The Bosch Rexroth RD 500 series MPN R911200417 (RD51.1-4B-018-L-F1-FW) is a three-phase drive system for use with synchronous and induction motors. This converter is constructed with modular hardware and software and supports configuration through a graphic operator panel or RDwin software. Features include a built-in brake chopper, parameter copy function for the user panel, 24V standby power supply, and a start inhibitor function. The drive operates at 18 kW and accepts 3 x AC 380–480 V ±10%. It provides feedback of current filter (U6, V6, W6), uses forced air cooling at ≥110 kW, and maintains operation at up to 40°C ambient temperature and up to 1000 m installation altitude. It conforms to EN 50082-2 noise immunity standards.
