The R911200491 (RD51.1-5B-055-L-V1-FW) is a modular converter from the Indramat RD 500 series designed for use in three-phase drive systems with synchronous and induction motors. It operates on 3 x AC 500 V with ±10% tolerance, supporting frequencies from 50 Hz to 60 Hz, and offers a rated power output of 55 kW. The converter features U/f curve control, a built-in brake chopper, and enables external 24 V DC stand-by power for continuous operation. It employs forced air cooling for units rated at or above 110 kW and includes a removable panel with a 4-line graphical display, parameter copy-function, and compatibility with the RDwin PC interface. Safety is enhanced with an integrated start inhibitor. Firmware assignments are factory-set.
