The Bosch Rexroth drive controller, MPN R911200552 (RD51.1-4N-007-L-C1-FW), is a converter designed for 3 x AC 380 to 480 V ±10% input, supporting a rated power of 7 kW and an 18A current at a 4 kHz pulse frequency. Its U/f curve control line operates with an IP20 enclosure according to EN 60529, forced air cooling, and is intended for vertical installation to ensure adequate airflow. The unit measures 440 x 90 mm, weighs 6.5 kg with a 22.5 mm grid pattern, and can be installed adjacent to other units up to 1000 m above sea level. AL electrolytic capacitors permit storage up to 2 years at 40°C without power. The design accommodates connection for RZC01.1-XN and 24 V stand-by power external (≤ 110 kW), and is specified without a built-in brake chopper. Only PVC cables are recommended, and appropriate clearances from heat-sensitive components must be maintained. All servicing and repairs must occur with power disconnected.
