Description
The Bosch Rexroth R911200936 (RD51.1-5N-132-F-LV-FW) is a drive control system designed with an advanced cooling mechanism utilizing forced air and integrated liquid circulation, operating at pulse frequencies of 4kHz and 8kHz. With two hoisting support points, it simplifies crane mounting. The control mandates a minimum 200mm clearance above for efficient exhaust air circulation and separate 20cm spacing for signal, power, motor and line supply lines. Despite lacking a built-in brake chopper, it helps in cable dumping and features an external 24V standby power supply. The system can hold dangerous voltages up to five minutes after power-off due to its DC link capacitors but requires bolted busbars between the converter and the line filter's main contactor. Connections are facilitated with cables sized 50mm2 to 150mm2 at the X1 and X2 terminals, and integrates a gL type fuse accepting a maximum of 250A. This system is offered globally with a year’s Indramat USA warranty.
