The Rexroth MPN R911201162 (RS51.1-4G-031-V-NN-FW) is part of the REFUdrive 500 drive system and features AC drive converters, DC inverters, rectifiers, and regenerative drive converters. This unit utilizes U/f control, and is designed for input voltages from 380 V AC to 480 V AC (±10%). It is equipped with a built-in brake chopper rated at 24.8 kW and an integrated braking resistor with a minimum resistance of 12 Ohms. Rated for 31 kVA, it is suitable for drive control of high-speed grinding spindles. Operation is supported within a 0°C–40°C temperature range and requires a 0.3 m³/s cooling airflow. The protection conforms to EN 60529, and EMC compliance is achieved with integrated radio interference suppression and line reactors. The unit supports graphic display interfaces and REFUwin software for remote configuration.
