The RD51.1-5B-037-L-V1-FW is a high-voltage drive control unit from Bosch Rexroth, designed for a vertical, level-installation. Notably, even when powered off, a potentially hazardous voltage can be maintained for up to five minutes due to DC link capacitors. Control and power terminals may also remain live when associated motors are at a standstill. This device utilizes current feedback via U6, V6, and W6 terminals, and should be kept at a relative humidity below 90% and free from condensation. Proper airflow should be ensured, and cables should maintain a minimum 20cm distance apart to eliminate interference. The unit must be housed in a control cabinet and the operation should not occur under extreme temperature fluctuations. The device should be connected to a 10mm2 cross-section protective conductor, include a start lockout, and accommodate AWG 20 to 10 cable cross-sections for power supply and motor connection terminals. The unit comes with a one-year warranty and is shipped via DHL or FedEx.
