The Bosch Rexroth's R911201397 (RD51.1-5B-037-L-V1-FW) drive control is designed to be installed in areas free of dust, at a maximum elevation of 1,000m above sea level, and has a cooling air requirement of 0.2m3/s. Its operational heat emission demands a clearance distance of at least 100m above and below. The unit is not compatible with residual current operated devices and its protective conductor should always be connected to the line supply unless stored for a prolonged period. During installation, only approved lifting tools should be employed. Additionally, it can be utilized with ADS, 1MB, ADM motors, and be combined with either asynchronous or synchronous motors to form a three-phase drive system. Pre-commissioning programming is required for application-specific functionality. Designed for chemical, hoist, conveyor and process technologies, this device should not be submerged in water and must be maintained within -25°C and 70°C. Its capacitors can withstand a maximum of 40°C for up to two years. The integrated chopper exhibits continuous power of 23kW and peaks of 88A for 60 seconds and 116A for one second respectively.
