The R911203156 (RD51.1-4B-007-L-DF-FW) Bosch Rexroth Drive Control, with a mechanical grid pattern of 22.5mm, provides cool entry from below and hot air expulsion from above. A minimum clearance of 100mm from the top and base of the control cabinet is required. Firmware is procured separately. This device offers two mounting support points and features brake resistor terminals, the DC link, and line supply atop its housing. Also, the product requires a central connection between protective earth and reference ground. Its relative humidity should not exceed 90% and it must remain condensation-free during operation. The device supports a maximum installation height of 1,000m above sea level and utilizes fastening screws for internal control cabinet installation. Notably, the device may carry dangerous voltage for up to five minutes after being switched off due to its DC link capacitors. The drive control embodies a starting lockout mechanism and incorporates three terminals at its base for motor connection. Operation, visualization, and parameterization may be done via a user panel or RDwin PC user interface. The user panel possesses a copy function for easy parameter set transfer.
