RECO MTS-R02.1, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, RECO Drive Modules introduce a robust Servo Control module engineered for advanced motion control in mechanical engineering systems. This module leverages Bosch Rexroth’s market-leading expertise to deliver precise position and velocity regulation for both synchronous and asynchronous motors. Its compact form factor and modular mechanical design slot seamlessly into an RMB02.2 rack mounted on standard DIN rails within switchgear cabinets. Built to integrate with CNC controllers, it supports high reliability and long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.



Designed around a hardened control core with no additional Coprocessor, the unit features an INTERBUS-S Master Module for high-speed fieldbus communication. It draws a Maximum Current Consumption of bolded>700 mA from a Nominal Supply Voltage of bolded>24 V within a Permissible Voltage Range of bolded>18 – 28 VDC. Thermal management ensures a Maximum Heat Loss of bolded>19.6 W, while the rugged enclosure maintains integrity up to a Maximum Elevation Height of bolded>1500 MSL. The module’s Weight of bolded>1.65 kg and its standard series designation allow predictable planning for cabinet capacity and overall system mass.



Integration into existing automation landscapes is simplified by its RS232 programming interface and three additional module locations—U1, U2, and U3—for optional RS232, INTERBUS, or PROFIBUS-DP links. The device stores retentive and SPS user programs for up to six months without power, ensuring rapid restoration after maintenance or power interruptions. This combination of modular expandability, proven Rexroth network support, and precise thermal and voltage controls ensures dependable operation and easy scalability for future application upgrades.
