RND Three Phase Mains Chokes

RND Three Phase Mains Chokes are Bosch Rexroth mains-side reactor components used with RD500 SFT inverter systems to stabilize current flow and support proper operation of the power inverter. The RND01.1 is designed for the RD43.1-4R-185 power inverter and is used during both motoring and regenerative operation, where it smooths the mains current and also functions as the boost-converter choke. This version is rated for 3-phase 380 to 480 VAC input with ±10% tolerance at 50/60 Hz and has a rated current of 300 A. Its construction is intended for industrial cabinet integration, with IP00 protection, environmental class 3K3, 2.5 kW power loss, and a total weight of 125 kg. Because of the unit’s current rating and thermal load, installation requires forced ventilation with 1000 m³/h cooling airflow and heavy-duty power terminals sized for large conductor cross sections.
