The Bosch MPN R911200229 (RZK01.1-200-BW) is an internal heat exchanger engineered for RD 500 drives using cooling type R. It includes an integrated braking resistor with a resistance of 1.6 Ohms and a nominal power rating of 2.5 kW, capable of withstanding a peak power of 370 kW for 0.1 seconds. The device has a thermal time constant of 14.3 seconds. For correct operation, parameter P0036 on the associated frequency converter should be set to 'Standard.' This component is designed for outside cabinet mounting and is specified for use with 200 kW frequency inverters. A minimum clearance of 200 mm above and 100 mm below the unit is required, and installation should be performed by qualified personnel.
