The R911203571 (RZK02.1-400-BW) is a Bosch Rexroth external heat exchanger designed for enhanced cooling in systems requiring additional thermal management. It features integrated brake resistors (2 x 1.6 Ohm, nominal power 2 x 2.5 kW) which convert motor braking energy into heat. The device supports a rated inverter power of 400 kW and can absorb peak power up to 2 x 370 kW for 0.1 seconds. It offers IP 20 ingress protection and should be installed in clean, dust-free environments, with a minimum clearance of 200 mm above for air flow. The unit weighs 2 x 23 kg and provides a thermal time constant of 14.3 TBW. Wall mounting installation is supported.
