The Bosch Rexroth motor filter with MPN R911200150 (RZM01.1-6-030) is engineered for integration at the output of a drive converter in drive control systems. It reduces surplus voltages and mitigates stress on motor winding insulation by suppressing power surges, particularly for motors with long supply cables. Compatible with line code 1 and design code 1, it operates at 4kHz or 8kHz pulse frequencies and supports a cable length of up to 300m at 4kHz, with reduced length for shielded cables. The associated drive converter requires a power code of 030 and operates at 3 x 380VAC to 400VAC (±15%). The filter sustains a maximum rated current of 30A. Proper grounding must be ensured before operation, with U2, V2, W2 terminals linked to the filter's output. Pulse frequency adjustment is performed using drive converter parameter P0026.
